HikeWest’s mission is to “To encourage and support more people to pursue health and happiness by hiking in nature”. HikeWest collectively represents an estimated 423,000 (18%) of Western Australians who go hiking / bushwalking.
WAFA was established in 1990 as an umbrella organisation for the many groups working to protect WA’s native forests. They are grassroots, not-for-profit and committed to the protection of the forests for the forests’ sake.
Nanas for Native Forests is a environmental conservation group of elders of the community leading a charge for the protection of our native forests. All are welcome to participate.
